Arabesque Decoration Contracting LLC. was established in United Arab Emirates since 2007 and was extended to Arabesque Stone Interior Decoration LLC. both companies are well known to be a market leader in the design and manufacture of superior quality GRP/GFRC (glass fiber reinforced polyester/ glass fiber reinforced concrete) and more.
Our Services
Site Survey
Is the process of interpreting the building and making the structure prominently beautiful by adding GRC/GRP member to the structures such as Islamic designs, fascia, fluted pillars, pillar capital and base, Column & wall cladding, cornices, dome, ceiling panels and arches etc.
Design
Our architects start working on design after receiving site survey report done by our survey team, and we do offer variety of conceptual design to suites the building and makes building people’s sight engaging
Shop Drawing Process
When customer select the proposed design, and their approval our Architects start preparing shop drawing for further process
Pattern and Mould
Once our technical department gets approved shop drawing from client/customer we do forward the shop drawing to pattern and mould making section to start fabrication of pattern to obtain desired mould for GRC/GRP production
Production Process
Is the series of activities ingredient mixing such as (cement, sand, water, additives, and ARG Fiber) and spray using spray machine, then curing and de-moulding from mould.
Installation
Once the product gets fully cured then we do dispatch to the site for the Erection/installation. And at the end
Repair & Final Touch Up
Before handing over the site to the client/customer we do minor repairing, cleaning work and (paining if it is in our scope)
